Customer Responsibilities

  • Payments: All service fees, shipping costs, taxes, and duties must be paid before parcels are dispatched.

Service Limitations

ZENI is not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events beyond our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates unless otherwise specified by the carrier.

Prohibited Items

Customers are prohibited from shipping items such as weapons, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, perishable items, and any products restricted by law in Europe or the destination country. Shipments found to contain prohibited items may be confiscated without refund.

Payments & Fees

All charges for shipping, consolidation, repacking, insurance, and additional services must be paid in advance. Fees are displayed in your account before confirming a shipment. Unpaid balances may result in delayed or canceled shipments.

Liability

ZENI provides package forwarding services as an intermediary. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or applicable insurance purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services. Any outstanding fees must be settled before account closure.
