Photo inspection from ZENI provides clear, high-quality images of your parcels received in Europe. You see exactly what arrived at the warehouse before any consolidation or repacking: outer box condition, labels, and - if requested - contents. This helps you confirm model, color, size, and detect visible damage early.
Once your parcel reaches our warehouse in Europe, you can request a photo report in your account. Our team photographs the outer packaging (all sides, shipping label) and, if you choose extended inspection, carefully opens the box to capture the item, accessories, serial/UPC codes, and any factory seals. Photos are uploaded to your account with timestamps and comments.
You get visual confirmation before spending on international delivery from Europe. With documented photos, you can quickly resolve store issues, request repacking, or proceed with consolidation - saving time, money, and stress.
Standard includes 3–5 photos of the outer box, shipping label, and visible condition. Extended inspection adds opened-box photos of contents, accessories, and serial/UPC codes.
Typically within 1 business day after your request is submitted in the account. Urgent options may be available during business hours in Europe.
By default, we do not break factory seals. Opening is performed only if you select extended inspection and explicitly allow it for quality verification.
Yes. Images include timestamps and label shots and can support claims or returns. For insurance claims, add the insurance option when creating a shipment.
