Return Handling from ZENI is a service that allows you to easily return goods back to sellers in Europe. If the product arrived defective, in the wrong size, or doesn’t match the description, we handle the return process for you - from preparing paperwork to delivering the parcel to the carrier.

How it works

In your personal account, select the parcel you want to return and choose the Return Handling option. If the seller provided a return label or RMA number, upload it. If not, we can generate a shipping label or arrange the return according to store policy. Our team inspects the parcel, repacks it if necessary, attaches all documents, and hands it over to the appropriate courier in Europe. You’ll receive updates and proof of shipment in your account.
